Do you accept my insurance?
The clinic lists Aetna, Ambetter, Wellpoint, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cook Children’s, Parkland, Superior, TRICARE, and UnitedHealthcare. Participation and benefits can vary by plan and service. Can appointments be online?
Telepractice is one of our listed services. Call to ask whether remote care is appropriate for your needs and available to you. Online booking is separate from receiving care through telepractice.

We are at 1109 N. Hwy 67, Suite 3, Cedar Hill, TX 75104, on the southbound service road between Wintergreen and Joe Wilson.
