General information, not medical advice
This website describes clinic services and provides general educational information. It does not diagnose, establish a clinician–patient relationship, or replace an individual evaluation. Contact an appropriately qualified clinician about clinical concerns. Do not use this website or text messaging for emergencies; call 911 in an emergency.
Free screenings and appointments
A screening is not a full diagnostic evaluation and does not provide a diagnosis. The clinic must confirm screening availability, the process, and any recommended next steps. Requesting information is not a confirmed appointment. A booking is confirmed only when the clinic or its approved scheduling system provides confirmation.
The free-screening offer does not mean that evaluations or therapy are free. Ask about fees, eligibility, referral requirements, insurance benefits, and out-of-pocket costs before beginning services. No outcome or insurance coverage is guaranteed.
Optional SMS program
Online text enrollment is not currently available. If activated, the program may send messages from A Speech Connection Clinic about your inquiry and scheduling, including automated or AI-assisted messages. Enrollment is optional and requires a separate affirmative opt-in. Consent is not a condition of receiving services. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for assistance. You may also call 972-291-8255. Opting out of texts does not prevent you from contacting the clinic or asking for care by phone. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on your carrier or device.
Please use only a phone number you are authorized to provide. Do not send diagnoses, records, insurance identifiers, or other private medical information by SMS. An automated assistant may help with scheduling but is not a clinician and cannot provide medical advice.
SMS opt-in and consent information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Read the Privacy Policy for information about processing by necessary service providers.
Accuracy and external services
We aim to keep public information accurate, but services, availability, and coverage may change. Confirm details directly with the clinic. Outside websites and tools have their own terms; a link does not replace the clinic’s guidance about secure clinical communication.
